Privacy policy

In short
We only collect the data you give us through forms: name, email, phone and your message. We use it to reply to you. That is all.
What data we collect
When you send a request through the configurator or the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone, company name, chosen industry and message. For browsing we only use anonymous tools, and we turn on analytics cookies only with your consent (see below).
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare the proposal you asked for. We do not send unsolicited newsletters and we never sell your data.
Where it is stored
Requests are saved in a secure database (Supabase) and reach our email through a sending service (Resend). Both services comply with GDPR.
How long we keep it
At most 2 years after our last contact, then we delete it. You can request deletion earlier, at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. Write to the email address on the contact page and we resolve it within 30 days.
Analytics and tools
To understand how the site is used, we work with: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (anonymous traffic and page speed, no cookies), Sentry (error monitoring to keep the site stable, plus session replay only with your consent) and Microsoft Clarity (click heatmaps and anonymous recordings, only with your consent).
Cookies
Vercel sets no cookies for analytics. Microsoft Clarity, if you consent, may set cookies such as _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID, ANONCHK and SM, used to recognize a session and prevent fraud. Without your consent, none of these are set.
Who we share data with
Technical data reaches the providers that run these tools: Microsoft (Clarity), Functional Software Inc. (Sentry) and Vercel. Some processing may take place outside the country, including in the United States.
Our legal basis
Vercel Analytics is anonymous and cookieless, so it does not require consent. Error monitoring with Sentry relies on the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and stable. Microsoft Clarity and Sentry Session Replay run only on the basis of your consent.
How to withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your choice anytime through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing stops Clarity and session replay.
Legal framework
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from Romania and the European Union, as well as Law no. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova, which takes effect on 23 August 2026. This is an informational summary, not legal advice.
